Introduction:
The CPU 71-13 is a single slot, 6U VMEbus computer board based on Intel®
Core™ i7 mobile processor. In combination with Intel® QM57 chipset, the
Advme8035 offers high-performance processing capability and advanced
graphics function.

The Intel® Core™ i7 mobile processor is capable of running four threads
simultaneously on its dual core using Hyper-Threading Technology and therefore
ideal for applications requiring high performance. The direct-mounted DDR3-
1066 main memory with ECC support ensures high reliability of the board.
Two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one USB port, and one RS-232C serial port are
available on the front panel and there are also one CFastTM card socket and
two PMC/XMC slots on board.

The CPU 71-13 supports VME64. Recognizing slot automatically, it can
operate as both a system controller board and a non-system controller board
in VMEbus. More than one unit of Advme8035 can be installed in a system in
parallel depending on the increase of processing load.
